Bitten.

I have just returned from the 'park' where there was a little after party sort of thing for the olympics relay thingo. The lion dancing people were there and there was a barbeque. I'm currently reading The Nanny Diaries and after looking after my little cousin today I feel like a nanny. ><

Anyways... the place were full of old people. There was this performance thing happening and half the acts were old people dancing. xD Cowboy style too. Well, they were wearing those cowboy hats, pointy boots, jeans, belts and buckles anyways...

And then came the lion dancing. At the end of it, the people in the lions walked around being friendly yeah, and then this white one came my way. Then it was right in my face. My little cousin was sitting next to me patting it and it was just standing there in front of my face, moving about and making me dizzy. :S Then another one came from behind and bit me on the head. Then ANOTHER one came from the side and I was surrounded by lions. And they were like attacking me whilst my brother is sitting on my left staring at them and my cousin is sitting on my right patting them. Ahahahaha. And then the one that bit me on the head moved to my brother and bit him on the head. ahahahah it was so funny because they did it so many time whilst they did it once to me.

When the time came to leave, my little cousin was literally attached to me. He wouldn't let go of my finger. I took him to his car which was next to the car I arrived in which was my uncle's car. He wanted to sit on my uncle's car though so I had to shove him into his own car. He started crying then. I can't remember exactly how I managed to get into my uncle's car but I did. xDD

Yeah, I think that's about it for today. I'm blogging too regularly right now.
Theresa's making me a new layout. I'm going to miss that little elephant up there even though I've only really looked at it a few times. xDD

Superdead

Today was the 08 olympic torch relay thingo in Australia. Overall, the day was boring and tiring, which made me even more tired than I have been this whole week, and let me tell you, I've been feeling super dead this whole week. The day started at approximately 2:30am, a time that I'm not use to living. We arrive in Canberra [is that how you spell it?] at 7. It is freezing cold and I wish I had mittens. I see hot air balloons everywhere and laughed at the one shaped like an owl. No wait, it was a cookabara? I can't remmeber what it's called. It was brown and owl looking but it wasn't an owl. Anyways, the tour group I'm with traveled down to the front so that we're right next to the lake. I was amazed at all the Asians, Chinese in particular, there because I thought the olympics were multicultural. >_________>

We wait until 8:30 before the lighting the torch thing happens. In the meantime, there was this whole bunch of girlies [like hundreds of them; I think they were all girls :S] singing the Australian anthem or something. I couldn't hear because right next to me was this group of lion dancers playing their drums. These girls rowing on boats rowed to the front of where the lighting the torch thing was happening and it took ages before the torch reached them and was lit. I think the girls were olympians but I'm not really into the olympics so I didn't know who they were. Anyways, during this time, I was standing on this pole thing that was about 10 cm taller than the steps that most people stepped on to see the ceromony. There was a group of Chinese teenagers behind me whose view I was blocking. I think they came directly from China. I was eavesdropping because I had nothing to do and they were having such funny conversations, though I don't remember much of it. Then this plane was sky writing. The first letter was 'F' and the group of Chinese were like 'Are they writing the F-word?'. The second letter was 'R' and this guy was like, 'they're writing FRIENDS, they want to be friends with me'. Ahahaha it seemed so funny then. Turns out they were writing FREE TIBET. >________>

After that we went to the 2nd place where we would see the torch. Apparently there was a fight there and people 50 metres away ran to see it but stopped half way. Ahahah. It was hilarious watching people running and saying 'There's a fight there's a fight!' and then slowing down before they get anywhere near the spot.

There was this charity organisation thingo called Amnesty something. They were carrying huge paper candles around that looked so funny, supporting human rights and freeing Tibet. Then there was another group that protested against that and they started arguing. It was very funny, though I only heard the first few minuntes of it before I was dragged away. You'll probably see this in the news. Actually, the news is probably more informative than this post. Ahahahha.

After arriving back at Cabra at 2 pm [wows, almost 12 hours] we headed to the park because my mum said I needed to get out more often. Then my mum wanders off and leaves me in the park with my brother. The park is so desolated and grey but around it is all green and people filled, which is very strange. After 10 minutes I go back to the car with my brother and no one is there. I would have called my mum but she did something to it and now I can only receive calls. So I stand there waiting for her to call or come whilst planning with my brother what to when she gets back. When I finally receive her phone call she says she's at the car, which is obvious lie, seeing as my brother and I were at the car already. It's not very good to lie when you're an adult, kids copy you. :]

HAPPY ANZAC DAY

Yay! The long awaited holidays is here! And I'm starving because I went through the day with chips, a tiny box of fried rice and yeah. All because the canteen didn't have food. >_______>

Ahahaha. I just remembered the day we say the worm and the rat. xD
It was a rainy Tuesday but our seats on the stairs were dry enough to sit on. I was just about to sit and I saw a worm. It was ttttttttttttttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssssssssssss long. Maybe even longer. Everyone thought it was a stick at first. We jumped off the stairs and watched it wriggle about. Ahahah. It was so funny. I can't remember whether that was at recess or lunch. But at lunch there was a mouse running around Jeannie's place. It was so cute. xD

The Pain! The Pain!

So as many of you would know, us unfortunate girls had vaccanations on Friday to prevent us from getting cervical cancer. And the injection hurts! And I heard it hurts more on our second and third dose? >_________> My arm doesn't hurt now unless I press on it. But the thing is, the injection was on my right arm, and I like to sleep on my right arm. Actually, I can only sleep properly on my right arm. But if I sleep on my right arm, it hurts. So for the past two nights I have been sleeping very uncomfortably. >_________>

Anyways, I should be major working right now, making up my logs. but making up logs are such a bother. They have consumed my whole weekend, preventing me from doing stuff I want to do. Major work sucks. I wish it would die.

On the positive side, we have one more week of school left! Yay! And we have half the day off on Tuesday! Yay! And it's Jenny N's birthday tomorrow! Yay! The baby of our group is growing old like the rest of us. ^^

But this last week of school means history notes are due! And at the end of the week we have to start making notes for our half yearlies. >____________>

School sucks.
